Shipping Costs

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination and the selected shipping option.
• We offer free shipping on orders over €25.00.

Shipping Delays

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs regulations for international shipments. We strive to ensure products arrive within estimated times, but we are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the package through the courier company's platform.

Returns

Return Policy

• We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

Products Not Eligible for Return

• The following products are not eligible for returns:
  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Customized products.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

2. Return Shipping: Once the request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
3. Refund: Once the returned item is received and its condition verified, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Product

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hola@koketkahome.com with photos of the product and purchase details. We will arrange to replace the item at no additional cost or refund you as preferred.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and make a new purchase.
